Crimson Couch to 5k

University of Alabama Wellness and Work-Life presents the 13th annual Crimson Couch to 5K fun run! This event is open to all and allows participants to take a 3.1-mile scenic journey through UA’s beautiful campus, beginning and ending at the Walk of Champions in front of Bryant-Denny Stadium. Walkers, runners, strollers, and everyone in between is welcome at this event. Join us on April 1 and RUN LIKE A CHAMPION!
